Jamie Katz
Partner
Jamie represents clients in the prosecution and defense of complex commercial litigation matters, particularly those involving common interest communities, with an emphasis on representing developers in complex disputes involving real property and other business matters. She is an effective courtroom advocate and negotiator who combines a wide knowledge of law and procedure with a high-level written work product. In addition to her background in real property dispute litigation, she has extensive experience in myriad other areas of litigation ranging from probate to professional negligence and malpractice. Her practice also extends to appellate matters before the Florida District Court of Appeals and alternative dispute resolution.
Prior to attending law school, Jamie worked for a multi-billion-dollar asset management firm, where she supported institutional investment professionals across the spectrum of investment asset classes. She applies her strong business and financial background to counsel clients throughout the litigation and dispute resolution processes.
Jamie was born and raised in Miami where she still enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
