Shubin Law Group traces its origins to the predecessor firm founded in 1992 and to the practice of founding and managing partner John Shubin. Over a 35+ year career, John has helped shape Florida real estate and land use law while advising on some of the state’s most significant development and regulatory matters. Today, he continues to lead the firm and its expanding team of partners as the platform evolves to meet the complexities of Florida’s growth.
