Liana Kozlowski

Liana Kozlowski is a Partner at Shubin Law Group and a member of The Euclid Group. She represents landowners and investors throughout all stages of property development. This includes performing due diligence for various real estate asset classes, meeting with local officials to obtain support for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, and presenting before county and municipal boards to obtain all necessary entitlements. Liana’s practice extends to post-approval permitting and regulatory matters – including building code and accessibility compliance – and appellate proceedings.

Prior to joining the Shubin Law Group, P.A. and The Euclid Group, Liana worked as a land use and zoning attorney at Greenberg Traurig, P.A. and Bilzin Sumberg.

Before becoming an attorney, Liana worked for eight years as a journalist for The Miami Herald.
