Hannah is an associate at Shubin Law Group, where her practice centers on litigation involving land use and real estate matters across South Florida. She represents developers, property owners, and municipalities in disputes over zoning, entitlements, and development approvals, as well as in appeals and challenges to local ordinances. Drawing on her experience in Florida state court, Hannah is familiar with the complex regulatory frameworks that shape growth in South Florida, including issues arising under the Live Local Act, local height and noise ordinances, and redevelopment initiatives like Biscayne 21.
- Representation of Transit Village, LLC in an ongoing contract dispute with Palm Beach County concerning the enforcement and interpretation of a purchase and sale agreement for County-owned property.
- Represented Frisbie Group and its principals in an action brought by Two Roads Development, achieving a settlement between all parties that resolved the matter for the betterment and benefit of the entire West Palm Beach community.
- Represented Miami-based Terra in successful site plan approval to redevelop oceanfront hotel into luxury residential tower and secured approvals for a commercial development and padel facility in Key Biscayne.
- Secured reversal of orders requiring the City of Miami to litigate an action alleging its participation in a civil conspiracy and vindicated the City’s right to sovereign immunity protection on appeal (included two oral arguments).
- Representation of condominium association members in complex real-property disputes involving easements, adverse possession, quiet title, and competing claims of ownership.
