Experienced trial and appellate lawyers for complex business disputes.
Shubin Law Group represents businesses, investors, and property owners in sophisticated complex commercial litigation across Florida. Our attorneys handle contract and partnership disputes, large-scale real property disputes, business torts, securities and fiduciary claims, and cases involving financial institutions, construction, and corporate governance. We bring disciplined advocacy and business insight to every phase of litigation, from pre-suit strategy through trial and appeal.
Our team has deep experience in real estate and land use litigation, representing developers and owners in disputes involving entitlements, zoning and permitting, easements, title issues, restrictive covenants, and development agreements. We regularly appear before state and federal courts, local boards, and administrative tribunals, drawing on decades of combined experience in Florida’s regulatory and development framework.
We are also recognized for our work in condominium termination matters. Our litigators have guided majority owners and developers through contested termination proceedings, partition actions, and other post-termination disputes – often in precedent-setting cases that shape how Florida’s condominium laws are applied. Our recognition also includes successful litigation disputes involving mixed-use condominiums, and disputes over shared expenses.
In every matter, we focus on strategy, precision, and results – resolving disputes efficiently while protecting our clients’ long-term interests.
