A commercial litigator for nearly 40 years, Tim handles complex business and real estate disputes, including contract claims, property and title issues, partnership and governance matters, and business torts. Tim prioritizes efficient, results-driven strategies aligned with each client’s goals.

Tim earned his J.D., with high honors and Order of the Coif, from the University of Florida and served on the Florida Law Review. He also holds a B.A. in Business Administration (Finance), with high honors, from the University of Florida.

Tim is also a Fellow of the Inns of Court, a prestigious, invite-only organization of the top trial lawyers in the country.
