Ben Mitchel

Ben Mitchel is a litigator with broad experience handling commercial, antitrust, financial services, and other complex civil litigation for his clients. Ben views himself as a true partner to his clients, and places an emphasis on understanding his clients’ priorities and businesses to help achieve the best possible outcome in and out of the courtroom.

Ben received his Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from the University of Florida, and his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law. During law school, Ben served as a Managing Editor of The Florida Law Review, and worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable Dave Lee Brannon. Upon graduating from law school, Ben worked at a large local law firm practicing complex commercial litigation for four years before joining Shubin Law Group.
