Transforming Vision into Value

Shubin Law Group represents developers, investors, and property owners through every stage of real estate development and redevelopment – from site acquisition and entitlement to permitting, construction, and long-term operations. Working in close collaboration with The Euclid Group, our affiliated consultancy of planners, former mayors, and development advisors, we deliver an integrated approach that combines legal, planning, and policy expertise to move complex projects forward.

Our team has guided transformative developments across Florida, including mixed-use urban centers, coastal redevelopments, institutional campuses, and large-scale master-planned communities. Whether negotiating entitlements, resolving regulatory challenges, or repositioning existing assets, we help clients navigate Florida’s evolving land use landscape with efficiency and foresight.

Our work often begins with early-stage due diligence – evaluating feasibility, site constraints, and entitlement pathways – and continues through project approvals, construction, and compliance. We frequently advise on adaptive reuse, building code and accessibility issues, and disputes involving development rights or permitting, drawing on both our transactional and litigation experience to deliver practical solutions that align with our clients’ broader business objectives.

Through The Euclid Group, clients gain access to urban planners, policy strategists, and civic leaders who understand how governments evaluate and approve development. This integration enables our team to anticipate challenges, build consensus, and position projects for success in politically and technically complex environments.
