Juan Farach
Partner
Juan is a Partner and the head of the litigation section of the firm. A litigator with extensive experience at all state and federal levels, he has established himself as one of the preeminent thought leaders in the analysis of common interest communities and their development, corporate governance, and amendment and contraction. Among his many accomplishments, he recently coordinated and concluded a condominium termination through the successful maintenance of an action for partition – an apparent first in the State of Florida.
Prior to joining the Firm, Juan was a senior litigator in the Miami office of Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP where he gained extensive experience in handling commercial and construction litigation matters in federal and state courts and before arbitral tribunals, including American Arbitration Association and International Chamber of Commerce arbitral proceedings.
