Stacy joined Shubin Law Group as “of counsel” in January 2024. Stacy graduated with high honors from the University of Oregon School of Law, completing their nationally recognized Environmental and Natural Resources Program.
Following a decade in public service and another ten years in private practice, she is the Managing Attorney for the Law Office of Robert K. Lincoln, P.A., where she concentrates her practice in the areas of land use law and local government litigation, providing trial and appellate court representation to public and private clients. She has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America in the area of Zoning and Land Use since 2024.
